Dr. Lisa Belle, SLPD, CCC-SLP TSSLD-BE

Founder & Lead Clinician, Communication in Bloom™

Dr. Lisa Belle is a bilingual Speech-Language Pathologist, clinician-scholar, and founder of Communication in Bloom™. She offers expert evaluations, clinical consultations, and educational speaking engagements both in-person and via telehealth for children, adolescents, and young adults (ranging from early intervention through age 18).

Holding a Doctorate in Speech-Language Pathology, Dr. Belle brings deep clinical and school-based expertise to identifying communication delays and analyzing the distinct characteristics of Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). While formal medical diagnoses are often made as a team alongside psychologists or medical providers, speech-language pathologists play a critical frontline role. Dr. Belle specializes in recognizing subtle neurodivergent traits, assessing functional communication needs, and providing families with the clarity and comprehensive documentation required for their next steps.

A former school-based specialist, independent clinical evaluator, and state conference presenter (including NJSHA and CAPCSD), Dr. Belle is deeply committed to culturally and linguistically responsive care. Through Communication in Bloom™, she partners with families and educators to deliver clear answers, actionable roadmaps, and evidence-based insights ensuring every individual's unique communication profile is fully understood and supported.
